Overview

Support and manage data & analytics platforms (on-prem & Azure) for Fulton Hogan

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Daily recon of Finance, People and Sales data -Identification of opportunities to improve and streamline operations and support activities. -Data platform monitoring and administration (including SQL Server and SSIS - intermediate level) -Management of Fulton Hogan's Data and Analytics ITSM queue. -Carry out the administration and maintenance of the security model, Power BI environments. -Management and resolution of customer queries. -Adhere to best practices for source control and release management standards. -Carry out operational activities and support for Fulton Hogan's Data and Analytics environments. -Maintenance of daily checks. -Direct collaboration with customers and software engineers -Oversee and carry out the monitoring and support of pipeline processes and environments. -Release management and pipelines

What You Bring

-Use of project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, GIT, or similar) -Documentation using Confluence or similar platforms -Strong analytical, critical thinking and proven troubleshooting skills. -Work experience with a modern data platform (Databricks/Snowflakes (desirable) -A relevant tertiary qualification -Excellent communication (both verbal and written). -Experience with database technologies such as Azure Analysis Services and DAX -Minimum of 2 years work experience is a similar role, using Microsoft BI stack, and supporting Data and Analytics solutions in a complex organisation. -Business Intelligence tools, particularly Power BI -Microsoft BI certification (desirable) -Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., JDE or comparable)
