Tasks

-Present all the technical and supply training requirements -Prepare and deliver training courses -Track employee success and progress -Identify training needs according to needs -Oversee employee attendance and performance -Encourage employees for training -Bring guest presenters if necessary -Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs -Build quarterly and annual training program -Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis -Implement training KPIs -Prepare budget for training programs and workshops -Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses -Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths -Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with the marketing team

What You Bring

-Knowledge of various training and teaching methods -Experience with designing training programs and workshops -Good communication, interpersonal & time-management skills -Ability to lead a full training cycle is preferred. -Fluent in both Arabic and English Languages -Critical thinker and problem-solving skills -Experience with learning management software is preferred. -13+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role -Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
