Overview
Manage cost measurement, valuations, contracts and cash flow for construction projects.

Tasks
-Preparation of cost to complete -Subcontract payments, variations and final accounts -Internal Valuations/CVRs and subcontract liability reports in accordance with schedule of accounting period end dates and deadlines -Provision of standard reports -The measurement and valuation of works (on site and from drawings), for valuations, variations and final accounts. -Administering and/or advising on Main Contract and Subcontract conditions -Submission of Cost Value Reconciliations -Subcontract and Design Procurement -Analysis of tender allowances -Agreement of valuation dates and preparing, submitting interim valuations in accordance with those dates.

What You Bring
-Ability to encourage and support other members of the commercial team -Professional Qualification (e.g HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent -Extensive experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors -Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting -Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own -Experience of two stage open book collaborative approach is desirable -You will have experience of working within the Construction industry for a Main Contractor, specifically on Design and Build; as well as sound knowledge of JCT and NEC Conditions of Contract
