Supporting the development and implementation of standard maintenance procedures for power electronics assets.
Providing technical support for maintenance and projects, overseeing commissioning, acceptance, and compliance processes.
Leading alignment initiatives for service delivery standards across regions and with service providers.
Acting as the main point of contact for contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
Contributing to long-term asset management planning by advising on asset reliability, performance, and maintenance strategies.

A tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering.
Knowledge of SVCs, STATCOMs, or power electronics systems and their auxiliary systems.
Willingness to travel regularly and participate in an on-call roster (full and clean NZ driver's license required).
At least five years' experience in project or maintenance management, ideally with hands-on experience.
A focus on safety and quality, with a track record of delivering commercial outcomes.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
