Tasks

-May develop and finalize conceptual design for smaller projects -Draft technical drawings -Obtain cost estimates and produce final cost estimates -Provides details for interior and architectural design projects -Develop architectural concepts for interior and exterior repositioning and/or adaptive projects -Develop design ideas and create both presentation and construction drawings -Develop and deliver overall design and furniture packages -Manage design budgets for assigned projects -With a Senior Designer, research and select fixtures and finishes -Oversees Intermediate Designers to review space plans -Provide review of engineering and landscape drawings to ensure they comply with design solutions

What You Bring

-Advanced presentation, rendering and architectural detailing skills -Working knowledge of path of travel requirements and contract administration -Graduate of architecture or design school -5+ years of experience in workplace design, focusing on building repositioning and adaptive re-use projects as well as corporate interiors -Extensive knowledge of CDs, building systems, codes, and ADA requirements -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Revit
