Overview

Maintain and clean property grounds, common areas, and assist with light maintenance.

Tasks

-Assist with light maintenance duties as needed. -Care for plants, shrubs, and flowers by watering and ensuring their healthy appearance. -Provide friendly and professional service to current, future, and past residents, including delivering and posting newsletters and correspondence. -Inspect the property daily to identify and address hazardous conditions or liability concerns. -Keep all interior and exterior areas clean, safe, and presentable at all times, including buildings, common areas, amenities, and grounds. Tasks include picking up litter, sweeping, blowing, or pressure-washing breezeways, parking lots, and other shared spaces. -Support unit turnover processes, including trashing out vacant units and collaborating with vendors to maintain quality standards. -Use property resources, equipment, and supplies efficiently and safely. -Assist with swimming pool cleaning and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in groundskeeping, general maintenance, or housekeeping is preferred but not required. -Basic computer skills for completing work orders or other property tasks. -Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and interact with residents and team members. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Physical ability to frequently walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/move loads up to 50 lbs, as well as climb and work from ladders. -Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation to participate in on-call duties.
