Tasks

-Increase and retain market shares. -Identify, develop and clause complementary sales opportunities. -Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines. -Responsible for all activities necessary to close profitable business for the company. -Lead the team and manage additional technical resources for meeting the accounts needs. -Make regular sales calls to customer accounts. -Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products and learn about industry developments as required. -Develop new and maintain existing client relationships. -Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions as required. -Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain Enerflex products and services to customers and prospective customers. -Develop and execute sales and business development strategies. -Research and identify potential customers for Enerflex products and services.

What You Bring

-Arabic is a Plus. -Have organizational, team player, leadership, customer management and negotiation skills. -Work and communicate well with all internal customers including Engineering and Service teams. -Proven track of closed and successful deals. -Computer proficiency is required. -Good working knowledge of typical Microsoft suite of software is required. -Present an in-depth rounded understanding of the company products, functions, features and benefits. -Knowledge of integrating equipment in a total solution including construction and operations is preferred. -Experience with gas processing, treating and compression projects is required. -Knowledge of market and customer specifications. -Minimum of 10 years related experience in the market with a proven track record. -University Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline. -Effective verbal and written skills. -Ability to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments, solve problems, communicate persuasively, be self-motivated and work between time zones and multicultural environment.
