Tasks

-Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings in accordance with Riyadh Municipality regulations and approved standards. -Ensure the quality and accuracy of engineering work in line with project requirements. -Develop architectural designs using 3D modeling and design software. -Coordinate with relevant authorities and follow up on project and plan approval processes.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect with proven experience in real estate development, capable of preparing and presenting accurate architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of all project phases, from concept design to final delivery, and effectively coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth and timely project execution. Additionally, the candidate should be able to perform regular quality assurance reviews to ensure that all designs and site works comply with applicable codes, standards, and Riyadh Municipality regulations. -Proficiency in architectural design software, including: -Strong knowledge of Riyadh Municipality systems and regulations. -Other relevant 3D modeling and design tools. -Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate development. -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent field. -Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.
