Draft utility maps using Katapult imagery, enter data, and support power/telecom projects

Tasks

-Design, draft, and update maps of communication utilities using Katapult imagery gathered from the field. -Make calculations and analyze data provided by field technicians to ensure equipment meets current standards for quality control and accuracy. -Enter accurate mechanical and technical data into online databases. -Interpret and reproduce field notes for project specifications. -Complete all projects in a timely manner. -Apply company/client policies and procedures for the development of site designs for overhead and underground electrical distribution facilities, including reconductoring, conversions, cable replacement, customer, and reliability jobs.

What You Bring

-1+ years of AutoCAD drafting experience. -Experience in power distribution or telecommunications is preferred. -Experience with Katapult software, 2D drafting, and OSP (Outside Plant) design. -Proficiency in drafting with experience in utility poles and telecommunications. -Familiarity with Google Earth and GIS -Associates Degree or AutoCAD Drafting certification.
