Tasks

-Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising. -Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices. -Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions. -Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities. -Engage in social events fostering team camaraderie.
