Tasks

-Lead the business integration of broadband customer service into Kraken, ensuring seamless delivery of change initiatives. -Lead the delivery of key change initiatives across our contact centre teams -Monitor and report on delivery progress, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and customer outcomes. -Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement process, system, and operational improvements. -Manage service-related queries and oversee the creation of training materials, briefing packs and process updates. -Deliver effective stakeholder management, influencing outcomes across business and technical teams. -Support the transition to an in-house customer service model -Facilitate planning, prioritisation, and delivery of key initiatives using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
