-Strong financial acumen and ability to make sound business decisions. -Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. -Expertise in portfolio and project management, delivering commercially focused solutions in complex environments. -Inspirational leadership to mentor and develop teams. -Srong knowledge of HV, substation and transmission performance and operation, National Electricity Rules, Transmission Codes and relevant standards (desirable). -Proven strategic leadership experience at a senior corporate level with approximately 10 plus years. -Tertiary qualifications in a relevant technical or management field (postgraduate desirable). -Deep knowledge of the renewable energy industry, market players, and generators. -Commercial acumen with a clear understanding of risk, opportunity, and key business drivers. -Strong ability to build high-performance cultures and lead change initiatives.
