Tasks

-Coordinate architectural design work with related engineering disciplines. -Work with equipment suppliers/vendors to obtain the necessary information needed for design completion. -Review drawings and documents to ensure compliance with company design and production standards. -Conduct research into material and equipment selections under the direction of the Project Architect. -Interact with clients as required to secure scope and design intent. -Diligently checks coordination of work to ensure documents reflect the client’s design intent and acceptable levels of quality. -Work as a team member and is capable of interpreting the Project Architect's design requests.

What You Bring

-General knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems design. -Pursuing a degree in Architecture. -Adaptable, agile, and open to accepting design challenges -Team player with strong time management skills. -Capable of using an array of design software such as SketchUp, Enscape, and Autodesk Revit to develop sketches, drawings, and construction documents that align with clients' requirements and IPS design and CAD/BIM standards. -Strong oral and written communication skills. -Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges -Proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit CAD software.
