Admin support for production: ERP, paperwork, HR tasks, KPIs and HSE coordination.

Tasks

-Keep records updated in ERP/MRP and manual logs during downtime -Comply with health, safety, and environmental procedures. -Coordinate HR tasks (interviews, holidays, training registers) -Manage internal communications and support HSE briefings -Assist with KPI tracking, requisitions, and booking-in -Maintain shop floor paperwork and accurate works order bookings -Expedite parts and update plans using ERP/MRP systems
