  • Communicate effectively with the GM, department managers, and fellow team members
  • Collect payments and process transactions accurately
  • Complete opening/closing procedures and daily operational checklists
  • Follow all food & beverage safety standards (hotel, Shaner, and Marriott requirements)
  • Take guest orders, deliver food & beverages to tables, and ensure every guest feels welcomed
  • Prepare and serve Starbucks® coffee beverages and bistro menu items with accuracy and speed
  • Keep the Bistro area sparkling clean and fully stocked

  • ServSafe and/or food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality
