Communicate effectively with the GM, department managers, and fellow team members
Collect payments and process transactions accurately
Complete opening/closing procedures and daily operational checklists
Follow all food & beverage safety standards (hotel, Shaner, and Marriott requirements)
Take guest orders, deliver food & beverages to tables, and ensure every guest feels welcomed
Prepare and serve Starbucks® coffee beverages and bistro menu items with accuracy and speed
Keep the Bistro area sparkling clean and fully stocked

Meet the state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Alcohol awareness training (TIPS or equivalent) preferred
ServSafe and/or food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality
