The Role
Overview
Design, deploy, and support LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, Azure, and data‑center networks.

Tasks
-Implement and audit firewall rules in alignment with security and compliance standards. -Support M&A activities through integration and connectivity solutions. -Serve as a tier-3 escalation point for complex network incidents and lead root cause analysis. -Lead multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and timelines effectively. -Mentor Network Engineers and model professional conduct in daily interactions. -Architect and deploy LAN/WAN/WLAN solutions across corporate and manufacturing environments. -Manage relationships with MSPs, vendors, and partners for both projects and KTLO tasks. -Design, test, and implement network configurations for new sites and strategic initiatives. -Develop and maintain network standards, topology documentation, and performance/capacity plans. -Collaborate with IT Security and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

What You Bring
-Strong RF / Wi-Fi troubleshooting tools (example: Hamina or Ekahau) -7+ years of experience in network engineering, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role. -Proven experience with Cisco IOS, Meraki, Palo Alto (NGFW, Prisma, SD-WAN), Aruba (switches, APs, ClearPass), Azure Networking, and F5 load balancers. -Vendor management with negotiation and influence capabilities. -Successful implementations of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi solutions. -Project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives. -Experience with OT networks and manufacturing equipment is a plus. -Certifications: CCNA or ACSA required; CCNP, CCIE, ACSP, or ACDA preferred. -Effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams. -Demonstrated ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant network architectures with performance optimization and disaster recovery planning. -Experience mentoring team members and managing external vendors and MSPs.
