The Role

Overview

Oversee client accounts, supervise staff, ensure retention and facility service quality.

Tasks

-Document employees' work performance, conduct inspections of employees' work areas, document project work that is completed throughout the building, complete employee attendance log book, verify that employees are clocking in and out daily and submitting accurate payroll to the main office on a weekly basis. -submit any reports to the District Manager. Outlining all building/tenant issues including complaints and solutions if necessary. -Train employees -Meet with the Property Manager to discuss any building related matters -Establish and maintain relationship with Property Managers and Tenant Contacts. -Evaluate cleaning products, materials and equipment. Report equipment needs and conditions to your District Manager. -Discuss any employee related issues with Arthur Jackson Operation Manager, District Manager, and Human Resources. -Comply with all Arthur Jackson Company's and Client policy and procedures. Will partner with Human Resources on specific matters that may arise. -Plan, organize, direct and control the workflow at their assigned location are effective and efficient, including rearranging janitorial staff assignments to provide coverage for employees' vacations, personal days and absenteeism. -Evaluate employees work performance. Discuss work related problems and counsel employees when necessary. Initiate Corrective Action/Disciplinary Procedure when necessary. -Respond with urgency when emergency calls are received or situations arise such as floods arise, etc, at your assigned buildings. Ensure employees are scheduled and equipment is available and ready to be used. -Complete Tenant Surveys

What You Bring

-Must have a minimum of two years of college- Bachelor's Preferred -Continued, working knowledge of chemical and equipment usage and building policies. -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk: use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift lift or move objects up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job, include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus. -Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D -Must have 2 or more years supervisory experience -Must have 3-5 years of Customer Service of Sales Experience
