  • Act as a strategic consultant, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance asset management processes and outcomes, including masterplanning components.
  • Lead and execute the Establishment Management Plan (EMP) projects as the designated EMP Lead for Arcadis, producing asset management optimisation strategies for Defence Estate sites.
  • Act as a technical expert within own projects, providing advice to other team members, in order to support successful delivery in line with project objectives and strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with senior client project sponsors/stakeholders in order to ensure all parties are informed and aware of project progress and are aligned to meet objectives.
  • Accountable for project budget and forecast.

  • Have the ability to travel to the project site for stakeholder presentations and ad-hoc team site visits.
  • Experienced project lead in managing complex high-profile projects in the Defence and/or the Public Sectors.
  • Experience of managing business relationships at executive level.
  • Due to the nature of the projects you'll be working on, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) followed by Security Check (SC Clearence) is the minimum requirement. Must have an active or transferable SC already.
  • Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges, identifying optimal solutions for effective asset management strategies.
  • Project management expert within area of specialism.
  • Asset Optimisation and Estates Management strategy experience.
  • Excellent verbal and report writing skills.
  • Design, Building Surveying and Masterplanning skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Utilise excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex masterplanning and asset management concepts clearly to clients and external stakeholders.
