Tasks

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving the strategic growth and success of the Project & Building Consultancy service line across Manchester and the Northwest. You will lead a team of project managers and building surveyors, manage key client relationships, and play an active role in shaping LSH’s regional and national business strategy. -Mentor, coach and develop a high performing team -Ensure the highest technical quality and professional service standards -Lead, grow and manage the Manchester Project & Building Consultancy team -Develop and execute a clear business plan for the service line across the Northwest -Deliver a full range of building consultancy services, including: -Drive commercial performance, ensuring profitability and long term sustainability -Identify and secure new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and expanding market share -Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions to clients

What You Bring

-Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) -Defect Analysis and Building Pathology -Able to influence, inspire and lead from the front -Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills -Innovative and forward thinking -Established client network within the Northwest property and construction market -Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and Acquisition Surveys -Proven leadership experience at Director or Senior Associate level -Approachable, grounded and collaborative -Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth and deliver results -Commercially aware and results driven -Strong commercial and business development instincts -Experience managing and developing professional teams
