The Role

Overview

Assist PM team with project documentation, meetings, budgeting, scheduling, and construction tasks.

Tasks

-Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. -Monitor contract compliance and report concerns to Project Manager. -Under the supervision of Project Manager, facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes. -Provide basic CPM scheduling and budget management. -Assist the project management team with various parts of the project such as constructability review, value engineering, pay app reviews, schedule development, FF&E program development and execution. -Oversee approvals from applicable government agencies are received and documented. -Proactively participate in self-development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression. -Assist in the Addenda and Bid process. -Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct close out activities and assist with building occupancy. -Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct pre-bid and job start meetings. -Review RFIs/Submittals for completeness before distribution to design team. -Review and maintain As Built drawings. -Build relationships with peers, leaders, and clients. -Prepares field reporting for review by Project Manager. -Assist in formulating the design, bid, and project phase of scheduling. -Deliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values. -Perform QA/QC process. -Review change orders for completeness and conformance to company and client standards.
