Tasks
-Increase participation and retention rates of women, apprentices and trainees on site -Deliver presentations, facilitate meetings, and engage with various working groups to achieve desired workforce training and participation outcomes -Prepare reports for management on training completion, compliance status, and ongoing needs. -Increase awareness on the importance of supporting marginalised groups to work in the construction sector -Provide ISLP (Infrastructure Skills Legacy Program) support and align with specific project targets -Building relationships with BESIX Watpac management, relevant Government departments, subcontractors and relevant external stakeholders to drive workforce training and participation outcomes for the project. -Collaborate with managers, supervisors, employees, and subcontractors to assess current training gaps and identify areas of improvement. -Increase the uptake of construction workers completing education and training -Develop project-based programs and initiatives to:Increase participation and retention rates of women, apprentices and trainees on siteIncrease the uptake of construction workers completing education and trainingIncrease awareness on the importance of supporting marginalised groups to work in the construction sectorProvide ISLP (Infrastructure Skills Legacy Program) support and align with specific project targets

What You Bring
-Understanding of the NSW Government training policies, training services NSW guidelines including Infrastructure Skills Legacy Program -Training administration gained in a medium to large organisation - ideally in the construction and/or civil environment. -Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and train diverse teams and build effective relationships across all levels of the business with a particularly strong external customer focus. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training management software. -Ability to work with subject matter experts and/or business stakeholders to lead the development of practical and engaging training programs. -Knowledge of relevant WHS legislation and industry compliance standards. -Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
