Estimate and manage waterproofing projects from bid to closeout.

Tasks

-Maintain strong communication with clients, superintendents, and project stakeholders -Prepare detailed estimates, take-offs, and bid proposals for waterproofing projects -Review drawings and specifications to identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements -Track progress, resolve issues, and prepare accurate project documentation and reporting -Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment -Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff within a 2–3 hour project radius

What You Bring

-Proficiency with blueprints, technical documents, and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) -Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills -Proven ability to estimate and manage multiple projects from cradle to grave -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred -Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs -5+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 2 years in waterproofing or restoration
