Tasks

-Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation in EUC operations. -Ensure to have an effective meeting room presence solution across groups for a seamless meeting experience during the town hall and business meetings. -Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. -Develop and implement EUC strategies, standards, and best practices. -Maintain compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. -Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to EUC hardware and software. -Prepare and present reports, metrics, and insights to senior stakeholders. -Oversee the lifecycle of EUC technologies, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktops (VDI), collaboration tools, and endpoint security. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align EUC services with business needs. -Ensure high availability and performance of EUC services through proactive monitoring and incident management. -Lead and manage diverse EUC teams supporting various business divisions (Energy, Retail & Commercial)

Viva Energy Australia is seeking a highly experienced End User Computing (EUC) Leader to drive excellence across multiple business EUC teams. This is a key leadership role focused on enhancing user experience, streamlining operations, and delivering continuous improvement in end-user technology services. -ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred. -Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. -Minimum 7 years of experience in End User Computing or related IT roles. -Proven expertise in EUC technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows OS, SCCM/Intune, VDI (Citrix/VMware), endpoint protection, and mobile device management. -Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results. -Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. -Experience in change management and service transition is a plus
