  • Attend on-site construction meetings
  • Prepare and edit various documents including general correspondence, service agreements, contracts, Consultant Contracts (PSA’s), commencement agreements, transmittals and construction letters
  • Review and process RFI’s and Submittals
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Process invoices, tenant allowances and development fees
  • Coordinate the setup of vendors with workers comp compliance service
  • Create and maintain project files, reporting, database management and billable hours
  • Assist with change orders/requests and ensure they are aligned with project scope, budget and schedule
  • Review construction plans for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with AHJ’s
  • Work collaboratively with and maintain effective communication with Project Managers and other teams within the organization to ensure that project scope definition is clearly established and understood for all projects

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management/Engineering, or similar
  • Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
  • Previous experience working in construction/architectural environment strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working in an office environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, Procore, Autodesk
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized self-starter with the ability to manage competing deadlines
