This is a rare opportunity to help architect the next generation of ArchiPro’s commercial growth engine, a system that powers how the architecture and design industry connects, discovers, and grows. You’ll report to the GM and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to turn vision into engineered growth. You’ll design and maintain the foundations, workflows, and experiments that enable every commercial team to operate with accuracy, speed, and scale. One week you’ll prototype a new enrichment logic in Clay; the next, you’ll rebuild the data layer that connects HubSpot, Snowflake, and client activity signals. You’ll be accountable for the commercial levers that drive growth -designing, automating and optimising every part of the go-to-market engine to improve pipeline performance, conversion rates and revenue outcomes. It’s about architecting the machine that makes growth measurable, repeatable and scalable. -Operationalise what works, automating successful tests into permanent frameworks that scale globally. -Translate growth strategy into technical infrastructure: building repeatable frameworks that automate and optimise the journey from lead to revenue. -Act as the connective tissue between technical and commercial functions, translating strategic goals into executable system design. -Partner with Commercial Department stakeholders (RevOp’s / GM) to codify best practice into live system logic, ensuring every workflow aligns to revenue KPIs. -Own and optimise ArchiPro’s ICP Engine from the ground up, partnering with Marketing and the GTM team to define, messaging and distribution approach -Launch and measure GTM experiments across channels, audiences, and cadences to identify new growth levers. -Eliminate manual effort through automation and client centric obsession, from outreach sequences to post-meeting follow-ups. -Ensure the growth stack is unified, scalable, and built for precision, one source of truth for all outreach and funnel activity. -Leverage intent data, enrichment signals, and audience segmentation to continuously refine targeting and messaging. -Train commercial teams on new workflows and data practices to drive adoption and accountability. -Work with internal teams to ensure all experiments, systems, and campaigns reinforce each other. -Design the integrations and data flows between marketing, sales, and analytics platforms, ensuring every interaction is measurable and attributable. -Use intent signals, enrichment data, and routing logic to build high-quality target lists that put our commercial partnerships teams in front of the right opportunities at the right time. -Architect and maintain a unified GTM stack integrating HubSpot, Clay, Snowflake, that enable scalable outreach, lead generation, and conversion.

What You Bring

Automation & Workflow Enablement As GTM Lead, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation, owning the systems, technology, and workflows that turn data into predictable revenue and intent into qualified opportunity at scale. This is a role for a builder and a thinker: someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. -10 years building GTM and RevOps and more recently being obsessed with all new technology and curious about how AI is reshaping software and GTM workflows -Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate, persuasive, and personable. -A genuine passion for architecture, design, and how technology is transforming the built environment. -Experience with our preferred tools, specifically HubSpot, Clay, Snowflake -Highly organised, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment. -You think commercially - you measure your work by pipeline created, deals accelerated, or hours saved
