Support the development of baseline schedules, progress measurement methodologies, and earned value analysis to evaluate project performance and project schedule adherence.
Monitor schedule performance, track progress against key milestones, and report on project schedule status, deviations, and variances to project teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements, milestones, and critical path activities to create an accurate and feasible project schedule.
Prepare schedule reports, graphical presentations, and visual representations of project schedules for project meetings, progress reviews, and presentations to senior management.
Perform schedule analysis, including critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and resource leveling, to identify potential schedule delays, conflicts, and opportunities for optimization.
Provide insights and recommendations based on schedule data analysis to support decision-making, mitigate risks, and ensure project objectives are achieved within established timelines and budget constraints.
