Tasks

Working closely with the Director, you'll have the opportunity to influence how the practice evolves contributing to design direction, mentoring structures, and future growth. You'll lead projects end-to-end design, documentation, and delivery, ensuring every detail reflects the studio's commitment to quality and intent. You'll guide and support a talented team of designers and graduates, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas are shared freely, and everyone has a voice. -Mentor, inspire, and collaborate with a talented design team -Take ownership of projects from concept to completion -Help shape the future direction of a growing, design-led studio

What You Bring

-Experienced leading projects through all stages from concept to construction -Confident mentoring and motivating others -Direct mentorship and involvement in studio strategy -Collaborative by nature and great at building trust with clients and consultants -The autonomy to lead projects your way with real input into design and delivery -Skilled in Revit and comfortable managing BIM workflows -A Registered Architect (or close to registration) in NSW -Someone who thrives in a design-focused, hands-on environment
