Tasks
-Coordinate logistics with moving companies, IT support, and other service providers. -Guide clients in identifying key decisions, such as budget priorities, reuse of existing furniture, and timelines. -Work with vendors to get quotations, issue POs, and maintain accurate financial and project records. -Hire, manage, and schedule vendors to deliver services aligned with client expectations. -Ensure compliance with both client and building protocols. -Evaluate existing furniture and make recommendations for reuse or future purchases based on client goals and budget. -Host a post-move help desk to resolve issues and ensure a smooth transition. -Troubleshoot challenges during moves to minimize disruption and maintain client satisfaction. -Management of punch list items with clear resolution timelines. -Develop comprehensive move plans and timelines tailored to each client’s needs. -Management and consolidation of vendor billing. -Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the move process. -Build trust-based relationships by providing timely updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns. -Manage furniture reconfigurations, installations, and vendor coordination. -Work with vendors to develop furniture layouts to maximize efficiency and reflect the client’s workplace vision.

We are seeking a client-focused Move Coordinator with experience in move management, furniture planning, and vendor coordination. In this role, you will partner directly with clients to guide them through every step of the move process — from initial planning and budgeting to final setup and post-move support. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who combines strong organizational skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to deliver a seamless relocation experience. -Strong background in moves, furniture planning, reconfigurations, and vendor management. -Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism. -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly. -3–5 years of experience in move coordination, facilities planning, or workplace operations. -Knowledge of commercial office furniture systems a plus. -Familiarity with space planning software (AutoCAD or equivalent) is a plus.
