Tasks
-Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations and structuring of investment deals, including equity investments, debt financing, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. -Investment and Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Business development strategy aligned with projects objectives and market dynamics. -Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the investment development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. -Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies to identify potential investment opportunities in sustainable urban development projects. -Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on investment performance and portfolio management. -Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial, legal, and technical assessments, to mitigate risks and ensure investment viability. -Investor Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure funding and support for project development.

What You Bring
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred. -Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex investment opportunities and risks. -Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing profitable investment opportunities. -Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic - reading and writing. -Minimum of 15 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, or corporate finance, with a focus on infrastructure or real estate investments. -Strong understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and project finance structures. -Proven track record of successfully sourcing, structuring, and closing investment deals, preferably in the infrastructure or real estate sector. -Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques; familiarity with investment analysis software is a plus. -Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
