Tasks

-Participate in district standards meetings and provide input/feedback as it relates to quality assurance -Conduct reviews of required documents and support materials, interviews staff, and administers online audit questions to assess compliance with documented procedures -Identify potential quality incidents before they arise -Mentor Project Quality Specialist -Disseminate quality information in the office and on the intranet, send results to managers on a weekly basis, writing monthly articles for company newsletter, presenting information at department discipline meetings, etc. -Maintain a solid knowledge base of district quality manuals -Facilitate root cause analysis -Maintain corrective action reports -Provide administrative support for audits, other Quality Department programs and initiatives, and Monthly Operations Reviews -Maintain a high level of understanding of company standards and guidelines -Provide updates to employees on client critique results -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Facilitate quality presentations -Maintain client critique schedules, tracking and trends -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Draft and maintain a Project Quality Plan for any given project including the Quality activities required on a project and associated metrics -Help in the planning of, and participate in, internal quality audits

-Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time -Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives -Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, welding technology or related field -Ability to travel and relocate as needed -Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity -Regular, reliable attendance -Ability to develop a throughout understanding of project scope and schedule as they relate to quality -Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills -Working knowledge of quality control procedures relating to construction activities is preferred -ASQ, CQM, CQA or CWI certified and inspection experience a plus -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Understand requirements of ISO 9001 standards -Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in a wide-ranging climates and environments -Must have a valid, active Driver's License -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment -Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
