Tasks

-Research the market area and report current transactions and how they compare to the subject property. Compare based on sales of comparable properties. -Develop complete written market value reports with the direction of senior staff. -Prepare an overview and research simple appraisal assignments. -Impact the quality of own work. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. -Conduct discussions with market participants and perform research. -Track past revenue and expense performance and project stabilized operating statements. -Examine and review simple income-producing properties. Create and present reports based on market comparisons. -Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. -Assist management with the preparation of real estate appraisal reports. This includes data entry, taking property photos, and driving the neighborhood. -Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.

What You Bring

-Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. -Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. -Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. -Strong organizational skills with a curious approach. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Certified Appraisal Trainee License required. -Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. -Ability to use existing procedures to address standard problems.
