Tasks

-Team player with members of the occupancy planning team to ensure cross campus/portfolio strategy plans are developed -Project management for individual moves, furniture changes and specialty spaces -Be Proactive - Lead through influence, be proactive and innovative in developing solutions with your stakeholders and drive their implementation -Foster relationships and partner with business unit admins and points of contact to resolve space planning requests which align with corporate standards and building codes in a proactive and timely manner -Helps others - Builds relationships, actively collaborates, helps others succeed. -Coordination with facility management teams and vendors to accommodate space changes, moves, and conduct facility audits; and ensure accuracy -Create furniture plans and PowerPoint presentations specific to building details needed to support Occupancy Planners

What You Bring

-Ability to read architectural floor and building systems plans -Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field is required -Proven presentation skills with PowerPoint to tell a story -Ability to read complex occupancy data and report out results -Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level, plus experience with interior office renovations is highly desirableAutoCAD proficiency (Archibus experience is desirable) -Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients -Be meticulous about details and space data governance -Strong prioritization, organizational skills, and agility -Minimum of 2-4 years experience in space planning of corporate environments -Proven ability to use advanced skills in Microsoft Excel -Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time to meet deadlines. -Autonomy - Work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines, as you'll often need to reorganize your daily schedule to deal with your team's changing necessities and requests -Excellent communication and storytelling skills are important – both written and spoken
