The Role

Overview

Provide admin support for travel, events, finance, HR and health & safety.

Tasks

-Generate client invoices, assist with debt collection and credit control, handle time and expense transfers, submit supplier invoices, and produce documents. -Manage staff on/off-boarding, assist with long-term and short-term assignments, and support training initiatives. -Act as a Health and Safety representative, including roles such as first aider and fire warden. -Manage CRM entries, assist with confirmed job number applications, support project close-outs, generate monthly reports, and provide ad hoc project support. -Arrange travel, manage team events, handle corporate credit card purchases, maintain distribution lists and SharePoint sites, and support timesheets and calendar management.

What You Bring

-Good understanding of processes, guidelines and job instructions, with some knowledge on of nuances and ambiguities -Relevant industry experience in administration within a consulting/engineering/built environment business -Foundational awareness of health and safety best practice. Able to identify HSE risks, breaches or specific needs and follow internal processes to rectify. -Intermediate knowledge of Arup systems and able to train and help others
