Learn and manage branch operations, including admin, invoicing, cash handling, and maintenance.

Tasks
-Responsible for the general appearance of the office, store, and bathroom areas being kept neat and clean. This includes the hiring and training of a cleaning service. -Keeping an up-to-date file or log of all paid non material bills to be used for quick reference if needed. -Responsible for a system that calls for both strategically installing fax machines where needed and also insuring that the correct person receives every fax in a timely fashion -Will occasionally move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc. -Responsible for overseeing the general repairs and maintenance of the office, store, and bathroom areas including the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. -Responsible for training and managing appropriate personnel on the daily duties of mailing customer invoices. -Responsible for assuring that there is a system in place that all staff members understand and to properly handle customer phone calls -Manage receptionist’s schedule, assuring proper back-up personnel is available when necessary -Maintaining the proper toner and paper for the fax and copier equipment -Keeping the “Branch Cash Account” clean of any invoices older than three days. -Responsible for the cash drawer being closed out and balanced on a daily basis. -Learn and enforce the CBSI policy of “Daily Management Review of Invoicing”. -Establish and maintain effective working relationships at every level of the organization; invest in building relationships with the Field Operations and Field Support Center team members. -Responsible for reviewing the invoice register daily and keeping it up-to-date and clean of old items. -Learn the customer invoicing process and oversee company adherence to such processes. -Help champion an inclusive working environment; empower others to bring their full selves to the workplace; celebrate, welcome, and value the different backgrounds and experiences that make up our workforce; recognize that all team members are valued, regardless of race, background, tenure, or title. -Responsible for arranging the repairs and maintenance of all the fax and copier equipment

What You Bring
-Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement. -Must be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur. -Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers. -Must be able to manage stress depending on deadlines and ongoing projects. -Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 70% of the time. -Understanding the payment process of all non-material bills such as utilities and general supplies. -Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team; ability to lead, execute and/or delegate as needed, while also collaborating with others to get the job done. -Must be able to operate basic office machinery. -Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. -Must be able to multitask. -Must be able to receive and analyze information. -Strong Microsoft office skills -Associates Degree preferred -Minimum of 3 years of related work experience -Ability to self-manage, show initiative, be proactive, and drive results. -Must be able to problem solve and prioritize tasks.
