Tasks
-Meet or exceed company safety standards -Adhere to all CEMEX, OSHA and MSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear to communicate to employees/visitors -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/visitors

Smoking and/or the use of tobacco or related products is prohibited in and on CEMEX property as well as any building and/or vehicle owned or leased by CEMEX. -Ability to prioritize projects, allocate resources and interact with all levels in an organization -Ability to work with standard office/computer Equipment -Acquire specific knowledge on the practices of the business line -Ability to read, comprehend and analyze Collective Bargaining Agreements -Strong attention to detail -Bachelor's Degree preferred in: -Possesses analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills -Strong interpersonal skills -Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently -Capability to work extended hours as necessary -Ability to participate in required overnight travel as necessary -Walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree -Must be in 3rd or 4th year of completing your Bachelor's Degree -Capable of working in an open office environment -Must be in 3rd or 4th year of completing your Bachelor's Degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred in: -Construction related field -Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree -Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently -Highly proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
