Support transaction management by preparing deal packages, tracking deals, and reporting.

Tasks

-Prepare and distribute commission vouchers. Monitor and process commission received. Manage deal files in compliance with legislative requirements, corporate policies and procedures. -Prepare month end / year end reporting for management review and signoff. -Input and maintain deal-related information in corporate databases and tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. -Monitor the status of deals and provide regular updates to management, highlighting key milestones, deadlines, and potential issues. -Notice letters preparation and distribution. -Assist Transaction Managers with preparation and distribution of deals package. -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are delivered within process timelines.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management. -Understanding of basic financial principles and deal structures is preferred. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
