  • Taking progress photos of job site.
  • Maintain and update all document controls for the project including, but not limited to:
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite to maintain quality and schedule.
  • Provide weekly project updates.
  • Managing the overall cost management of the project budget by controlling expenditures, coordinate billings, and identifying work not covered by subcontractors.
  • Contract documents, specifications, geotechnical reports, permits, clarifications, field sketches, inspections, daily field reports, sign-in sheets, meeting minutes, submittal logs, RFI logs, change order logs and safety meeting reports.
  • Resolving all punch list issues prior to occupancy.
  • Leverage Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) applications with VDC department.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
  • Obtaining occupancy of the project, including participating in the final inspections and approvals by various municipalities.
  • Assist the Project Management & Field Management teams with:
  • Processing change requests and change proposals for price review
  • Drafting agendas, scheduling meetings, and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Request and review subcontractor certificates for compliance.

  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • The employee may infrequently drive a vehicle (intrastate and interstate travel) or be subject to air travel for purposes of Company business.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Internship experience is preferred.
  • Understand and have a working knowledge of contract documents including all drawings and specifications and clearly communicate required information to relevant teams and trades.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills and general knowledge of Office 365 are required; Procore PM Software and Blue Beam knowledge is a plus.
  • Closeout, financial closeout and obtain Certificate of Substantial Completion.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, plans and financial reports.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to present information to Trade Partners using the following tools: telephone, written logs, email, mobile devices, cameras, etc.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
