Overview

Lead and grow the Tewkesbury branch team in civil utilities material distribution.

Tasks

-Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts -Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work -Collaborate with the wider network to support Customer requirements and business activities -Build effective relationships with suppliers -Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations -Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement -Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth

What You Bring

-Strong Sales aptitude -Previous leadership experience within Civils Materials distributor -Driving License is required -It is important you have can evidence experience in motivating and driving sales for this role. -You will already have strong communication and commercial awareness to be able to empower the team to provide great customer service
