Tasks

To establish and implement a robust compliance management framework covering all applicable laws in India, including safety, environmental, labour & HR, plant & machinery, and other statutory requirements. The role will also support the Company Secretary in driving Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) and ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards across the organization.

What You Bring

Experience: 6 - 10 years (strong compliance management background) -Hands-on experience in building compliance systems, legal risk assessment, and regulatory reporting. -Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills. -LLB/LLM preferred; Company Secretary qualification will be an added advantage. -Strong knowledge of Indian laws relating to labour, safety, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements. -High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
