Overview

Assist recruiting manager in sourcing, ATS, and interview coordination for construction talent

Tasks

-Screen candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit, sharing recommendations with the Recruiting Manager and hiring teams. -Coordinate and conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings. -Assist with special projects and initiatives that enhance the recruiting process and candidate experience. -Assist with sourcing efforts, including building targeted talent lists, using social media and professional databases, and applying Boolean/X-ray search techniques. -Support offer processes, ensuring timely and professional communication with candidates. -Participate in outreach initiatives, including high school and college recruiting programs. -Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate pipelines are accurate and up to date, and generating reports to track recruiting activity. -Provide recruiting updates and metrics to the Recruiting Manager, Director of HR, and VPs during regular meetings. -Support the Recruiting Manager in coordinating and executing recruiting strategies that align with business goals across multiple markets. -Prepare and post job ads on relevant platforms while ensuring brand consistency and professionalism.

What You Bring

-ATS systems and recruitment analytics (iCIMS preferred) -3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within the commercial construction industry. -Occasional standing or walking during events or interviews. -You’re organized and detail-driven, capable of managing multiple openings while maintaining accuracy. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. -Frequent computer and phone use for extended periods. -Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills. -You demonstrate sound judgment when evaluating both technical qualifications and interpersonal fit. -Primarily office-based with standard working hours. -Boolean/X-ray search techniques -You communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, and can connect with people at all levels. -May occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. -Proven success finding and engaging passive candidates in competitive markets. -Proficiency with:
