Tasks

-Ensure all team members are performing required tasks efficiently, accurately and safely -Responsible for field Quality and improvement of the LDAR program -Responsible for participating in all safety training and assisting in safety procedures such as first aid, CPR, fire drills and emergency evacuation. -Review monitoring data each day to ensure compliance -Lead daily safety tailgate meetings -Ensure monitoring routes are prepared and ready for personnel -Provide updates and reports to managers -Act as MAQS representative for the client as LDAR field manager -Ensure employee compliance with all permit and sign in procedures for the site -Conduct Operational assessments as outlined in the MAQS LDAR Operational Assessment Schedule -Hang inventory tags and re-hang fallen inventory tags -Perform advanced repairs -Promote a positive work/team environment -Manage and maintain use all required PPE, supplies and equipment and assist Field personnel with requirements -Provide data and or reports for client per requests -Perform field inspections of additional LDAR services when required -Complete review of inventory discrepancies reported by field personnel and client -Conduct safety assessments as outlined in the MAQS LDAR Safety Assessment Schedule -Ensure job site is clean and free of any materials -Perform re-inspections and special non-routine inspections when requested -Perform job duties onshore and/or offshore, utilizing a company vehicle and/or transportation by helicopter or boat -Report all non-conforming work -Perform field assessments to ensure safety and compliance by technicians -Lead weekly safety toolbox talks -Standby and on-call duty may be required, and the individual must be able to respond to the facility within one hour. -Responsible for field compliance of the LDAR program -Complete documentation and qa/qc of inventory projects in the field and in the database -Conduct bid walks and assist in cost estimate and scope development -Ensure compliance of all required rules and regulations -Assist field technicians with field and instrument issues when requested -Communicate all program deficiencies and improvements -Manage daily assignments of personnel on location -Document Management of Change and assist to maintain the accuracy of field inventories -Document and report any tag maintenance and inventory discrepancies found in the field -Ensure effective and clear communication -Perform logistics of the site by transporting technicians to and from jobsites on nested locations -Participate in and lead training for career development, safety and maintaining required certifications -Assist in identification of rule, service/stream and scope applicability -Review open leaks to manage deadlines and repairs -Document leak tag completely and accurately for all leaks found -Manage and maintain all inspections of equipment and hardware -Perform all required quality programs written in site and regional quality plans -Day to day manager of the field compliance of the LDAR program and safety program. -Conduct qa/qc assessments as outlined in the MAQS LDAR Quality Assessment Schedule -Manage, perform and review documentation of calibrations/calibration-precision/response time tests/drift checks of monitoring instrument -Perform, document and review LDAR inventory services project work -Ensure and complete comprehensive Job Safety Analysis at their jobsite and review JSA’s

What You Bring

-Intermediate knowledge in LDAR related hardware and tools -Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality and good judgement when dealing with sensitive company, personnel and client information -Experience leading a team. -First Aid and CPR Certified is a plus -Must be clean-shaven to ensure a safe and proper seal on essential PPE, such as tight-fitting respirators, while performing offshore work -Communicate clearly and precisely -Must be able to successfully pass a urine, alcohol, and hair drug test -Valid Driver’s License -Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work from heights -Possess strong problem-solving skills -Demonstrate a strong ability to manage and supervise a team. -Refinery Safety Overview (RSO) training is a plus -Strong organizational skills -State/Region applicable Safety Council Training is a plus -Must be able to pass a swing rope certification, which requires the physical capability to handle 2-3 times your body weight due to the centrifugal forces involved. -Proficient in LDAR related hardware and tools -Intermediate knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local LDAR regulations -Proficient using Microsoft Office products -1+ years minimum of LDAR experience -Position will require heavy physical exertion such as climbing stairs and ladders, carrying heavy equipment, and the possibility of working at heights or in confined spaces. -High School diploma or equivalent -Man lift Certified is a plus -Capability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening -Proficient in LDAR database software programs -Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) card is required. -Ability to pass a fit test for a respirator -Offshore or military experience is a plus. -Detail Orientated -Ability to think and act strategically and proactively -Strong writing and presentation skills -Resourcefulness, flexibility, and resiliency to operate in a dynamic work environment -Must be able to work in extreme environments including cold, heat, wind, rain, and the open ocean -Must be willing to work on ocean sites up to 2-3 weeks at a time.
