Tasks
-Manage individual workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of routine activities without supervisory responsibilities. -Recognize and resolve typical problems within the work area independently, selecting solutions from established options without requiring supervisory approval. -Contribute to the team's success by providing high-quality services and information, adhering to standardized procedures with regular supervision and guidance. -Utilize working knowledge and skills gained through training and experience to support HR hiring activities effectively. -Identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assessing each using standard procedures to make informed decisions. -Operate within established procedures while receiving a moderate degree of supervision, ensuring compliance with HR guidelines.

What You Bring
-Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role, with a focus on recruitment or hiring processes. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following established procedures with moderate supervision. -Use effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information with team members and stakeholders. -Strong understanding of HR policies and standard operating procedures. -Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear information exchange. -Onboarding experience in the Oil and Gas industry preferred. -Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in straightforward situations. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. -Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. -Understand the relationship between assigned duties and the roles of other team members, fostering collaboration within the team and with related teams. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for education. -Fluent in Spanish preferred. -Must be proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (this role is Excel-heavy).
