Tasks

As a Principal or Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering designs for a range of project types and sizes. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of engineers and consultants delivering design solutions of the highest standard for our clients, while securing repeat and new business opportunities. A critical aspect of this role is to support and develop a team of technically competent, collaborative, and highly engaged team members. -Interact regularly with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a communicative, collaborative and timely approach to delivery This is a client-facing role, so you will be attending project meetings and disseminating/translating the brief within the project team. -Lead the development of initial strategic concepts for projects ensuring solutions are appropriate for the brief and regulatory standards. -Work with the team leader to help monitor fee expenditure, resources and work delivered. -Mentor and support our ‘next gen’ professionals, including apprentices and graduates. -Be responsible for the day-to-day technical delivery of public health design services for multi-disciplinary projects across a number of building sectors.

What You Bring

We are eager to speak with candidates who have experience in commercial, residential, and mission-critical projects. -Understanding of all drainage services including rainwater and domestic water services required. -Consultancy experience. -Use of relevant software/tools such as Revit and AutoCAD. -Conversant with relevant British Standards. -Proven experience working as a Public Health Engineer or closely related role, with a track record delivering on a variety of complex projects.
