• Review and guide pipeline engineering activities such as routing, wall thickness design, on-bottom stability, expansion studies, and span analysis.
• Present project updates, reports, and technical clarifications to clients and internal management.
• Ensure adherence to project quality plans, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project interfaces and ensure seamless engineering coordination.
• Monitor field progress, resolve site issues, and ensure safe and timely completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, process, installation, procurement, and construction).
• Provide technical and project management support during fabrication, offshore installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project integrity.
• Coordinate with installation contractors and vessel teams for subsea execution planning.
• Oversee preparation and verification of engineering deliverables including design reports, alignment sheets, specifications, and drawings.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead and manage subsea pipeline projects through conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering stages.
• Conduct and participate in technical reviews, HAZID/HAZOP, risk assessments, and design audits.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain strong client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
• Ensure all designs comply with international codes (DNV, API, ASME, ISO, etc.).

Requirements

💼 Experience Required: 10–25 Years

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Offshore, Ocean Engineering, or related discipline.

This role requires deep understanding of subsea pipeline engineering together with strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for a highly experienced Subsea Pipeline Project Manager to lead, manage, and deliver offshore pipeline engineering projects from planning through execution and closeout. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence, schedule adherence, cost control, and compliance with offshore oil & gas standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Orcaflex, OFFPIPE, CAESES, PIPESIM, Caesar II, ANSYS or equivalent.
• Understanding of offshore installation engineering and subsea construction methods.
• Solid experience in project scheduling, planning tools, and engineering coordination.
• Strong understanding of subsea pipeline engineering principles and offshore design codes (DNV-ST-F101, API 1111, ASME B31.8, etc.).
• Knowledge of material selection, corrosion management, and pipeline integrity.
• Project Management Certification (PMP / Prince2) is an added advantage.
