Key Responsibilities

• site packs

Tasks

-Putting together site packs & completion files -Maintaining Master Spreadsheets for each Framework via Excel -Arranging air tests/ skips, accommodation, Hire Equipment etc -Entering Details into Easybop or Teams (Adhoc or Frameworks) -Pre-Checking/ Quality Checking of Survey Reports -Corresponding with Clients and our Contract Managers on a daily basis -Answering of Main phone -Managing Various Frameworks/ Contracts (Asbestos Remediation or Asbestos Surveys) -Dealing with our Supervisors/Operatives & Surveyors on a daily basis -Arranging appointments with Residents and Clients

What You Bring

-Good telephone manner -Able to meet deadlines / KPIs -Microsoft office (Excel, Word Outlook) -Previous experience within the asbestos industry would be beneficial but is not essential
