Restoration Lead Technician

Tasks

-Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment -Participate in our on-call rotation work schedule -Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques -Perform high quality water mitigation services -Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged -Perform demolition tasks -Place and monitor drying equipment -Effectively lead a work crew -Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance -Perform job cleanup and breakdown -Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures

What You Bring

-Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history -IICRC certification preferred, but not required -Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) -Experience in water mitigation
