Tasks

-Manage and train maintenance staff and vendors -Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards -Maintain budget and inventory -Provide outstanding service to residents -Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping -Complete service requests and apartment make-readies

What You Bring

-Reliable transportation and basic tools -Working knowledge of electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems -Strong plumbing and general maintenance skills -2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience -Ability to work on-call and in varying weather conditions -HVAC-certified with EPA card (Type II or Universal)
