Tasks

-Oversee Dig Safe marking and coordinate any issues with utilities -Coach and train on proper use and process to ensure safety and quality of work -Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications -Analyze and resolve work problems -Support the crew by operating equipment, pipefitting, and laboring to exhibit teamwork -Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify -Accurately complete paperwork, reports, and status updates on time -Plan and coordinate equipment and crews from start to finish ensuring resources are in place and the job is completed safely and on time

What You Bring

-Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens -1+ year prior experience in gas utility industry -Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test; hold/obtain DOT medical card -Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice -All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English -Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner -Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling -High School diploma or equivalent -1+ year prior experience leading others -Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results -1+ year prior experience reading plans/blueprints to ensure projects meet all building/code requirements -Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
