Overview
Lead planning team, manage demand forecasting, inventory and OTIF at distribution centres

Tasks
-Leading and developing all Planning team members across two sites Worcester and Clay Cross. -Establishing and maintaining the optimal level of inventory. -Driving continuous improvement topics. -Being the point of escalation for any supply chain topics. -Analysing demand and ensuring all Finished Goods are forecasted effectively, -Managing the Planning team to ensure customer demands are met OTIF.

What You Bring
-Proven experience of leading a high performing team within a fast-paced environment would be desirable although not essential. -Able to cope with varying workloads, pressures, and deadlines. -Ability to communicate confidently with personnel from all levels of the business. -Computer literate with a good knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP & Power Bi would be advantageous but not essential. -Good attention to detail, decision making and problem-solving skills. -Able to make inferences from large datasets.
