Tasks

You would be responsible for project estimations on HVAC systems for their large-scale projects. -Develop Cost estimates for Mechanical projects, while identifying project risks and applying contingencies. -Lead tender processes from enquiry to submission. -Source and manage subcontractor quotations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with scope of work, while benchmarking pricing against market rates/performance.

What You Bring

Mechanical Estimator, Pontefract -Estimation experience with Heating, ventilation or Air Conditioning systems. (Or all three!) -Good knowledge of mechanical specifications.
